4. Intellectual Property

All App content (logos, text, graphics) is owned by StikBook Inc. or licensed to us.
User Content
Users retain ownership of their content but grant us a worldwide license to use, display, and distribute it.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
Refund Policy
All purchases are final unless required by law
Fee Changes
We may change subscription fees with 30 days' notice
Taxes
You are responsible for applicable taxes
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through App settings.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for:
Service interruptions or errors
User-generated content
Third-party links or services
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Canadian law. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Ontario.
9. Changes to Terms
Update Policy
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
